I found the self check-in process straightforward and quick. My room included a fully equipped kitchen. This was GREAT!!! The hotel was near many restaurantswith a variety of choices. I was able to easily access public transportation.

I noticed some minor wear on the ceiling. A fresh coat of paint would enhance the overall appearance.

The central location was good with most travel links and restaurants in walking distance. The room was airy and a minifridge was included for cooling my water bottles. The bathroom was clean and well presented so the walk-in shower was quite nice.

Customer service was very poor I requested an early check many weeks prior. I was waiting for my room for hours outside the unit the room code was only received late. A simple request could have been better managed the ceiling of the room was very bad and not painted.

the central location worked well, with convenient access to travel links and nearby restaurants.

The room temperature was far too high, and i could not adjust it. sound insulation was poor. I heard everything from adjacent rooms, including intimate noises. i also forgot my hair dryer, and staff didn't find it after three days. they then wanted to charge a fee to ship it to me.

I appreciated the self check-in system. It was straightforward using the provided code. the location is very convenient, near both the mall and shopping streets. i found several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. the train station was within walking distance.

the absence of on-site staff meant immediate assistance wasn't available, which might be a problem for some guests, but it didn't particularly affect me.
